Draft status: This statement describes the intended accessibility process. A formal audit, live checkout review, third-party integration review and verified feedback contact are still required before claiming conformance.
1. Our commitment
Madiya intends to provide a website that people can use across a range of devices, browsers and assistive technologies. Accessibility is ongoing work across design, content, testing and support.
2. Accessibility target
The launch target is WCAG 2.2 Level AA. A conformance claim will be made only after the complete live site, checkout and third-party content have been evaluated.
3. Features in this concept
- Semantic headings, landmarks and descriptive titles.
- Keyboard-accessible navigation, forms and controls.
- Text alternatives for meaningful images.
- A skip link, responsive layouts and reduced-motion support.
- Status messages exposed through live regions.
4. Known limitations and launch checks
Product-image descriptions, external fonts, payments, account authentication, cookie controls and third-party tools must be tested after integration. Contrast, zoom, screen-reader flows and errors should be rechecked when content changes.
5. Feedback and alternative access
The live business should offer an accessible feedback method and reasonable alternative. Verified contact and escalation details remain to be confirmed. The current contact form is visual only.
